Position Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for licensed Endocrinologists looking to expand their private practices by partnering with a forward-thinking healthcare company. As an Endocrinologist Contractor, you will conduct 30-minute virtual consultations with patients, evaluate their hormone therapy needs, and help shape our innovative hormone therapy program. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, access to a steady stream of patients, and the potential to grow your practice with the support of our telehealth platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 30-minute virtual consultations with patients using our telehealth platform to assess their hormone therapy needs. Patients pay $99 per 40-minute session for a personalized, one-on-one consultation.
• Review patient questionnaires and make informed decisions on the suitability of hormone therapies based on established clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with our team of nurse practitioners to ensure treatment plans meet medical standards and prioritize patient safety.
• Work closely with our medical and product teams to enhance patient care and optimize telehealth services.
• Utilize this partnership to grow your clinic by accessing a broader patient base and integrating telemedicine into your practice model.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Endocrinology.
• Licensure to practice medicine in multiple states, with a preference for those licensed in all 50 states.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in endocrinology, particularly in hormone therapy.
• Experience in telemedicine or a strong willingness to integrate telehealth into your practice.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred). Higher compensation for consultations in Spanish due to our commitment to serving the Latin community.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care.

Compensation:

• Consultations: Patients pay $99 per 40-minute one-on-one virtual consultation.
• Questionnaire Review: $15 per patient questionnaire evaluated.
• Payments are made on the 1st of each month, based on completed consultations and evaluations.
• Additional income potential through performance-based bonuses and by growing your patient base via our platform.
