We are currently seeking a qualified Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner (RPN) to join our team on a contractual basis to help evaluate patient suitability for our specialized hormone therapies.

Position Overview: We are looking for licensed Nurse Practitioners with specific experience in endocrinology to work as independent contractors. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting 30-minute face-to-face patient consultations over our telehealth network and reviewing patient questionnaires to assess suitability for our hormone therapy solutions. Ideally, candidates should be certified in multiple states, with a preference for those registered in all 50 states. Spanish-speaking practitioners are highly encouraged to apply, as we offer a higher pay rate for consultations conducted in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 30-minute face-to-face consultations with patients via our telehealth platform to assess their suitability for hormone therapies.
• Review patient questionnaires and use your endocrinology experience to make informed decisions on approving or rejecting hormone therapy prescriptions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable medical standards and legal requirements in all patient interactions and decisions.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with the highest level of care and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license (RPN or equivalent) with certification in multiple states; preference for candidates registered in all 50 states.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in endocrinology (Required).
• Strong understanding of medical standards, ethical practices, and patient care within endocrinology.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred). Spanish speakers receive a higher pay rate for consultations.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to make independent decisions with a high level of accuracy.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional space to conduct remote consultations.

Compensation:

• Consultation: $45 per 30-minute face-to-face patient consultation. Higher rates offered for consultations conducted in Spanish.
• Questionnaire Review: $15 per patient questionnaire evaluated.
• Payments are made on the 1st of each month.
• Estimated annual earnings vary depending on the number of consultations, language proficiency, and questionnaires completed.
